Fitness is one of the first things that showed me I had control over my life - by sticking to something and working hard, I was able to not only change my body, but change my mentality. My confidence in my appearance and myself in general has been greatly impacted by fitness and the positive people I’ve met in the industry.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
My mother has always been my #1 supporter my entire life. She was a single mother and worked hard her entire life before several unfortunate events happened. She is struggling to not lose house, and the first thing I would do is help her catch up on all of her mortgage payments and bills, get her on her feet and moving in the right direction. I would also use some of the money to help us move from Texas to Florida, so I can live by my sisters and pursue my passion and career and in fitness.
