The biggest recommendation I would suggest is start slow. Change can be scary and difficult. Looking to change your lifestyle can be overwhelming. So start small and start slow. Trust the process and always celebrate the small things! You may have a main goal that you are trying to reach. However a long the way set small goals. When you reach those celebrate and make more! Until you have reached your ultimate goal. Have fun and embrace the change!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness and living a healthy life style has influenced all areas of my life. I started working out and eating healthy 3 years ago. I was shy, not very confident, low self esteem and low self worth, and no motivation. Fitness has helped me reinvent myself. It has helped me find the women I’m meant to be. I talk and, walk with purpose, and always go for what I want. Above all I know my worth and won’t accept anything less! Without fitness, I wouldn’t be the women I am today.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I become the next Ms. Health and Fitness. I would use some of the $20,000 to buy equipment for small group classes, I’m looking to start up. I would use the reaming $20,000 to help my family and my community.
