Fitness has completely changed my life. Once I started setting and achieving my goals, I realised how focused I became in all other areas of my life. My depression begun to subside. I took charge of what I allowed to influence me. By focusing on the strength and health of my body, I overcame the weaknesses of my mind. I now spend my time helping others to do the same. I no longer fight to survive, I live.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would pay off the debts I accrued over the years when I wasn't well. I would have what I dream of. A fresh blank slate. Any remaining money, I would concentrate into my business as a personal trainer.
