For most of my life, I hated my body. I wanted to change it, to be someone else. Finding out how strong my body is & what it can do changed that narrative forever. Fitness is an extension of who I am, not because I am constantly motivated to move and workout, but because when I do make it a priority, everything in my life falls into place.
