Remember that we are all human and have our off days, but keeping a positive drive (and positive team) will help you get through even the worst days.How does fitness positively influence your life?
I am so grateful to have surrounded myself with like-minded fit-friends and fit-family. This community, although competitive at times, is mostly filled with some of the most supportive and loving people from clients to other trainers. I am constantly inspired which helps drive me to want to inspire others. I feel it has also made me a greater mom and hopefully empowered my kiddo to be a strong female inside and out now and in the future.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would put 1/2 of it away for my kid’s future, reinvest a good chunk towards continuing my fitness education/journey, and let’s be honest, to pay some bills!
