Be consistent 💕 Make small lifestyle changes to form new habits. Eat balanced meals containing protein, veg, slow releasing carbs and fruit. Do not restrict yourself or cut out major food groups unless you have allergies or are intolerant. Love yourself and your body, tell yourself positive affirmations daily (especially on the days you want to give up) just be gentle on yourself and remind yourself its ok. You GOT this.. Its really 80% diet, 20% fitness.. BUT 100% your own determination 😘💕How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness is my saviour. Its a great release for energy, stress, anxiety. It helps me balance my mind and strengthen my body, it has a positive effect from the inside out and when people ask how I get my abs like they are, I always say, food and consistency. when I help train others and I see it making them feel good and positive about their life, then in turn makes me feel great.. supporting eachother is vital for survival and reaching goals in life.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would invest it to help me build a fitness empire which is my dream.. lifes tough and I know about struggles, body wise and others. So I really want to make a difference to my life as well as coach other people with mind, body and nutrition. I believe I was born to achieve my goals and help people achieve theirs.
