The gym is my stress relief and a way I cope and deal with stress, anxiety and depression. I have learned so much about myself through my fitness journey and do my best to help as many people as I can along the way. Being a personal trainer and coach not only helps others achieve their goals, but also makes me happy because nothing feels better then seeing someone else succeed.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
