Consistancy is a key! Make a plan! You can easily fail off you fitness routine if you don’t have a plan. Make 3 major days a week that you must complete: Monday-legs, Wednesday - arms, Friday - core, etc. small changes is a good start: keep your diet clean, lots of veggies and greens, no process foods, water with lemon and apple cider every morning. Dry brushing every night. Those things gonna become your habit and you don’t want to live without these good habits anymore )How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness is everything for me! But it wasn’t always like that. After giving birth twice I had an extra weight and very insecure about myself! I start making small changes every day: I added HIIT workouts in my routine, I removed processed food and adding more fruits and veggies, I learned how to make healthy desserts so I don’t buy unhealthy cookies and chocolate! And I start paying more attention on building more muscles. And I became stronger and healthier than ever!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I will continue on growing my business that I have ! I design a 6-week workout program Bikini fit and meal plan, and it’s amazing how many people all over the world changing their bodies and life’s with my transformational program! I want to continue to help people to feel there best no matter what age and if they have kids or not💪
