Start off by setting yourself a goal, visualise what you want to get out of it- find something that you love doing- walking, swimming, dancing.. just whatever gets you moving. Proper nutrition is also key, so you’ll have plently of energy throughout the day. I recommend tracking macros, using fitness pal- as it keeps you accountable and in control, as you know your body is getting enough of the nutrients in without second guessing yourself.How does fitness positively influence your life?
There’s so many things that fitness postively influences for me. Body image is a big one, seeing progress day in and day out gives out such a postive feeling! Improves my mood, I feel much happier and energised after finishing workouts! Helps get more things done when it comes to work, cleaning etc. & the more I train the better I get! My weaknesses turn into strengths, which makes me feel absolutely amazing when I accomplish something that I wasn’t able to do a year ago!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
There’s many things I’d like to do but all I’d do with it is go on a holiday and then put the rest towards my savings for a house! And maybe go on a lil shopping spree, a girl can never have to much gym clothes 😅😎
