If you want to learn something new, it’s by definition a challenge. To be fit and healthy it’s a lifestyle and not one time deal. If you want to get different results you have to challenge yourself and work hard for it, be patient and focus then the results will come!How does fitness positively influence your life?
I’m proud to be the first Israeli woman who compete in the USA. When I started to workout in the gym I was only 29 years old. I saw the big changes in my body after a short time and it gives me a lots of motivation to continue. My body got leaner and I got the shape I’ve never have in my life! Now I’m 42 years old feeling younger and stronger than ever! FITNESS is THE BEST ANTI-AGING! I believe the older you get, the better you should look and feel! You can do it too!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would continue to compete and fulfill my fitness dreams. And also I would help to children to get in shape and healthy lifestyle with my Free App that I want to invent especially for children. Because I believe that HEALTHY CHILDREN will be HEALTHY ADULTS. It’s very important and easier to start it when we’re younger!
