I come from a family of health issues so it hits home when it comes to your health. Getting into fitness has not only taught me a lot in the nutrition, but also about myself and capabilities. In 8 months, I went from a chunky me to actually winning bodybuilding competitions over people who have been bodybuilding for years. I would like to start a nutrition program for children. There's so much misinformation out there about diet and nutrition, it's hard to know what is correct. It's amazing what I've learned about what we think is correct and actually isn't. Good diet is linked to brain function and would love to help pass along my new found knowledge to help others.
