What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

To those to want to commit to be fit and healthy: remember that this is your journey and you need to do what is best for you. Commit to what you truly believe in and what you can stick to as a lifestyle. Do this for you! Believe you are capable and worthy of achieving anything you really want. Manifest it wholeheartedly and you will succeed. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Don’t be afraid to struggle. The best success stories are the ones that get a little dirty.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness and strength training has completely transformed not only my body but my mind too. It has taught me how to stand back up when the world feels like it’s pushing me down. Strength training has made me believe that I can really do anything if I have the discipline and courage to try, and to not be afraid to fail. It has taught me that I am stronger than I thought, and that I can inspire other women to be strong as well!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I am to win Ms. Health & Fitness, I want to invest my prize towards helping women lead a more positive lifestyle. I want to travel around the world, promote balanced nutrition, and be able to teach women the empowerment of the iron, not only for their bodies but for their minds as well. That’s truly what I want to do in my life: to help women find their strength, and if I can do that on a larger platform, that would be the best!
