I recommend finding a mentor. Looking up to a real life someone and seeing how they are able to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle despite juggling the stresses of daily life is so helpful! Fitness affects absolutely EVERY aspect of my life positively! It clears my mind after a stressful day, it gives me the strength and energy I need to take part in any activity I may choose (ie: trekking, climbing, running, etc), but most importantly I love that just by practicing this fit and healthy lifestyle, people see all this and become motivated to become more fit and healthy too!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
Being the travel buff that I am, I would probably put some of the money towards my upcoming scheduled trips which include both mission trips and travel just for fun. The majority I would save to use on a down payment for a house for my husband and I!
