This money would enable me to bring a dream to fruition that I have had for several years. I would love to organize a womens retreat that would be based on teaching women and girls how to take care of their bodies and minds from a place of love rather than fear or disgust. Full nutrition coaching as well as yoga, meditation and a dive into the benefits of mixing all three with weight training.
