Find an activity you enjoy and focus on how it makes you feel. If you don’t know where to start hire a coach or personal trainer. Once you feel confident about your abilities to workout and eat well it will make you want to keep going and don’t be afraid to start from the basics ! We all have to start somewhere. Focus on your goals and not what others are doing.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness has taught me discipline first and foremost. It took a while but I understood that consistency and doing it even when I don’t feel like it are a must to achieve any goals. It applies with everything else in my life, as a mother, how I deal with my finances, and my nutrition. I never regret staying consistent.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness , I would invest in my fitness studio and pay off some debts:)
