What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t make it a trend, make it a lifestyle. Being fit and healthy doesn’t mean extreme diets and excessive exercise; fitness is about improving your health, mind, and physical appearence. Everything needs to be balanced. Love and trust the process, results don’t come over night. Be patient, and constant with the nutrition and workout plan. Be your own motivation, and focus on your progress because the only competition is you.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness helped me get the mental strenght to recover from anorexia, it gave me the balance I needed to learn how to love myself from the inside and out. It showed me how a healthy lifestyle could bring lots of happiness to my life, boosting my self esteem, and giving me back the confidence to believe in myself and all that I’m capable of. Now fitness gives me a healthy, balanced, and positive lifestyle, making me a perseverant, consistent, and disciplined person.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would like to focus my energies in developing a website to inspire young women to change their bad habits and motivate them to find happiness in a balanced lifestyle. This website will be the link to easily provide specialized training and meal plans for everyone interested.
