What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Think of being healthy as a lifestyle; a mindset. It is not a diet or a quick fix. It is a journey, that actually has no end! You can find what works for you, and you can build upon that. Make it simple and you will be more motivated to actively keep being healthy.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I love goal setting. Fitness has allowed me to set goals, and to reach them— but then keep pressing forward to reach new levels! Fitness is my stress reliever, and my time to be introverted. I am super extroverted, but I actually love working out for the independence and inner silence it can bring. It helps me become more zen and aware.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I have a few ideas so far! I would use that money to either help create my personal training company or my other food/meal prep company. I want to create opportunities for other people to achieve their fitness goals. By winning this, I could make it affordable for others to eat healthy and be able to train! I am an educator at Lululemon as well, so I would love to try collaborate with them to kickstart my brand!
