One of the things that helps me stay on track is waking up and listening to a motivational speech first thing in the morning. It helps me get in the right mindset to follow through with what I need to do complete my goals. Strengthening your mental capacity is the most important part of living a healthier lifestyle. People think that working out and eating healthy hard but it's only hard because your mind isn't stronger.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness have taught me how to set goals and actually complete them. I have had a bad habit of not completing things I've started or try to find the easiest way without working too hard. Well with fitness, you can't cheat or find an easy way. Either you work for it or you won't have the results. So fitness instilled a better work ethic in me that has spilled over in all aspects of my life. It has also taught me how to better plan and prioritize. Fitness truly brought prosperity to my lifeIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would invest it in my newly started Hair business. I have been fortunate enough to find a way to combine my cosmetology career and my fitness hobby together. I compete in bodybuilding shows and understand the stress and very high cost of competing. I pride myself on trying to alleviate some of that burden and help other fellow competitors look their most fabulous self on show day. I'm a one woman show currently so 20k would allow me to grow it to it's true potiental.
