Find something you enjoy! There is no “right or wrong” to being fit and healthy. If it feels like a chore then find something else. There are so many possibilities out there. Also don't jump into any extremes, building a habit takes time - take baby steps. I started by looking up free workouts online/pinterest and slowly started making healthier food choices. MyFitnessPal is an awesome tool to give you an idea on how much you're eating if you want to work on that as well.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness helps me relieve my stress and anxiety in the gym in a healthy manner. It helps me feel good about myself, and in turn makes me want to help others feel that way too. Everyone tries to find a "hobby" or their "thing; I felt like I was always searching for what really interested me until I started making it a habit to exercise. I am known as the "health/fitness guru" at work and by my friends, which is such a compliment to me and motivates me to keep fulfilling thIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would take some of it and put it towards my student loans -_- those things won't go away. I would also use the funds partly to finally become a CPT to help others achieve their fitness goals! I’d eventually in the future like to purchase exercise equipment and find a space where I can host free workouts for those who normally can’t afford a gym membership or a personal trainer. A dream would be starting a fun meal prep service that goes beyond the stereotypical chicken and broccoli
