Fitness has changed my life in so many positive ways not only for me personally but for my husband as well as my three children. Just to name a few, mentally, physically and health wise. I began my change after having several skin cancers show up and then having surgeries. I chose a healthier way of eating as a preventative for my skin cancer, my exercise routine concentrating in using it as anti-stress. I have impacted friends, family as well as complete strangers that want a healthy lifestyleIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would like to make donations to local public schools in poverty stricken areas of Lima, Peru that lack enough funding to provide basic sports facilities or even sports equipment for children’s Physical education class time. There are so many schools here that are in need of extra support. It would be a great way to give back and pay things forward to others.
