What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

If you want to get fit & healthy I recommend jumping right in; you won’t regret it. Starting a healthy lifestyle will change you from the inside out. Not only will you be more confident in all aspects of life, you will feel great doing it. Consuming nutrient dense food, and putting those muscles to work will help you live a longer & stronger life. When you think of your 80’s you won’t think of old, you will think of your next challenge/goal and get ready to crush it!!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I started this journey when I found myself always angry, tired & depressed; my family was suffering from this unhappiness. Is this what life was going to be? No! I want to have energy to run up the stairs, play with my kids, and be full of life. Indulging in this lifestyle, has given me my life back. I feel energetic, grateful, youthful, less bloated & confident. Plus I have never looked better and I want to tell the world there is more out there. Don’t settle, ever!!!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health & Fitness I would invest my $20,000 into getting my business at TruFit Health Coaching off the ground & soaring. Transforming my garage into a gym, holding fitness & nutrition classes, offering services to those that need it but can’t afford it. Taking more courses to learn how your microbiome is connected to everything else in your body.I want to help people go from taking meds to manage their health to preventing disease & cancer altogether.
