Fitness gives me peace of mind. It has improved many aspects of my life. Some examples— reduces stress, boosts happy brain chemicals, improves self confidence, Stronger and gives energy! It keeps my brain healthy, mind, body and soul. If I feel good, I can be the best super mama and have endless energy to keep up with my 4 kids, the youngest are toddlers.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
