What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Make fitness fun! Your fitness lifestyle should be something you look forward to, your outlet, the thing that releases endorphins on a bad day to make it a better day. Don't set out to follow trends, do your research, look up to people who inspire you, learn what works for your body, and continue to learn, because even today I learn something new every day.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Through fitness I found myself capable of more than I ever thought I could handle. I found myself healthier, happier, and always striving to do better. Not just better at fitness but in all aspects of life. I learned how to better manage my time and that sometimes it's okay to put yourself first. I gained more self-confidence which I think we all need, if we don't believe in ourselves how should we expect others to.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If given the opportunity I would want to help others meet their health and fitness goals. I would like to expand my knowledge in nutrition and further my education as a personal trainer so that I can relay that information.
