What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Start with something. Something is always better than nothing. Take time to appreciate and acknowledge all your small wins- they add up and are ultimately what helps you achieve your goal! Know that problems will arise & that the problem isn't the problem. The problem is that you think you shouldn't have problems- but understand that solutions to those problems will allow you to take the next step towards the best version of yourself. And don't give up. You truly are your only limit.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has positively influenced my life because it's allowed me to challenge myself, physically, emotionally and mentally. I believe in myself because of my passion for fitness. Fitness has helped me discover what true happiness is, and it has helped me find my mission in life- helping others find happiness within themselves. Fitness has allowed me to get over my limiting belief that I'm just a small town girl, & helped me realize I have a mission to serve and that it is my duty to share

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to fund my first book that I would give away free to as many women as possible. I would also use a portion to host a free live event where I would help inspire, educate, and empower women to love themselves for who they are, to be kind to themselves, to appreciate themselves. And I would use a portion to help start a Tiny Home community for homeless people because we need to be the change we want to see in the world. <3 Thank you for taking time to read my bio, and vote.
