My best recommendation is to take ACTION! Do it for yourself and no one else! I would recommend starting off by making attainable goals & writing them down. The hardest part is getting starting & sticking with it, but after awhile it becomes more of a lifestyle! Fitness is so much more than having a 6 pack & going to the gym, it is about listening to your body and making better LIFESTYLE choices. "Fit" looks different on everyone so don't compare!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness positively influences my life in so many ways. As a graduate student, (studying physical therapy, of course!) after sitting in class for 6+ hours a day, the gym is somewhere I go to relieve stress and it has become my comfort zone. Fitness has also helped me to develop my inner confidence and self love, which is something that most females struggle with at some point in their life. Fitness has become more of a lifestyle to me, and I love sharing my journey with others!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
