What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

You have to eat enough calories! The biggest mistake I made is not eating enough calories so, I didn’t had the energy for my daily routine. If you don’t know how to eat or how to workout maybe you can look for professional help. If you don’t have the money there are lots of articles to find about this on the internet. And be patience, YES it takes time!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Now I have found the balance I have so much energy and I’m able to do so much stuff in a day! Fitness also affects my mood I’m so happy everyday and I enjoy every minute of it.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would do two things with 20k. I want to invest the biggest part in my start-up fitness company. (I can’t tell you guys what company this is yet). The second part I want to donate to the Johan Cruyff Foundation in the Netherlands. This foundation supports children with a disability to do all kind of sports.
