The first thing that I would recommended for others to be fit and healthy is a healthy diet. Without a healthy diet it is VERY hard to meet goals and fat loss. Cut out processed and artificial foods, and drink plenty of water. Eat more lean meats and veggies. Then comes the exercise, even if you cannot afford a gym there are plenty of at home workouts you can do. The goal is to just get moving. Baby steps go along way if you stick to it.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness positively influences my life in a great deal of ways. For one, it’s what I want to do for a career. I love fitness and coming to the idea that I could be in the fitness industry as a career has changed my whole mind set. Fitness has allowed me to stay on top of goals I set for myself, and keeping myself accountable for my results. I love seeing my body change and feeling good in my own skin. It pushes me to push myself further.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would use that $20,000 for my schooling. I am going back to school in the fall to get my bachelors in Nutrition. My goal in life is to keep myself healthy and fit by learning and sharing my knowledge with others to keep others healthy. Winning Ms. Health and Fitness would be a dream come true.
