I have always been an active person my whole life and I can't imagine my life any other way. Being active daily not only keeps my stress levels down it gives me the energy I need to focus daily to be productive. But fitness to me isn't just about how it benefits me, but how I can help influence others around me to make better choices in their lives.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
There are so many things I can do with the money but it is important for me to give back to my community, specifically helpings kids with special needs. I would like to make a donation to a group that focuses on how to assist and educate kids with special needs on the importance of living a happy and healthy active lifestyle. Family is also important so I'd love to take my son to New York City, he has always wanted to see the American Museum of Natural History. :)
