I always suggest finding a form of fitness that you truly enjoy! Whether that be lifting weights, yoga, running, martial arts, dance, etc. We are all unique and by finding something you love, fitness will never seem like a chore but truly a part of life. I also always recommend others to maintain a balance in eating healthy and indulging. Food is something we use to celebrate life with, and is something we should use a fuel too!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness impacts my life in numerous ways. Firstly fitness is a great tool for managing mental health. As someone who openly speaks out about mental health, I myself have found that training is one of the best ways to manage stress, depression, and anxiety. Also being an animal activist, showing others what can be accomplished on a vegan diet has allowed me to make an impact using my body and voice.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would first make a charitable donation to The Gentle Barn, a non-profit organization that saves animals and allows children who have been abused or mistreated to spend time with animals as a form of therapy, to overcome their issues. I would also use some of the prize money towards my mission to spread a positive message of plant-based fitness.
