Get a plan that fits your wants/needs/dreams (think big!). Whatever it is, whether it be moving without pain, losing weight, or finally getting abs. Get consistent with your plan. Find a support system to keep you accountable and excited. Everyone will have a day when staying in it is hard, those are the days we need to be vulnerable and lean on our tribe. Above all else love yourself and the process! Find a way to make it fun. It’s hard for us to stick to anything we don’t enjoy. #bHow does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness is my life. It’s my job, passion, and my social life. I started fitness by getting my black belt and teaching tae kwon do in high school. Then I moved to personal training and have been doing it ever since. I get the opportunity to help lots of amazing people through my personal training business, and it warms my heart. My friends get together to workout together for fun (and the pain😅). We also compete in fitness competitions to keep us motivated and excited about our fitness.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would do three things: 1. Apply it to my business in order to be able to offer more to my clients. #joblove 2. My ultimate plan in life is to open up a chiropractic clinic that combines all the modalities in one place for patients to get holistic care. I want to help people remove their pain and live their best, healthy life. I will finish my chiropractic degree and use it to open the clinic! #alwayslearning 3.Take my sisters on a trip to anywhere. #travellove
