Fitness helps me believe in myself and boosts my sense of self worth. It shows me I can do things I once believed were impossible. It helps keep my stress & anxiety levels down & improves my mood, as well as my ability to be a good mom & wife!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were to be the next Ms. Health & Fitness, I would pay for my next figure competition, and take my husband & I to watch the Mr. Olympia competition. I would donate to the Wounded Warrior Project - an organization I believe in. My husband is a veteran & we support veteran owned businesses as often as possible.
