1. Stay consistent. Positive, long-lasting change takes time and you won’t see drastic results overnight. Take the time, day in and day out to work hard for what you want and you’ll get there if you’re consistent. 2. Eat lots of veggies and fruits!! The micronutrients we get from colorful fruits and veggies are often overlooked so make sure you’re eating a variety of different vegetables and fruits each week to reap the benefits! 3. Fitness has positively influenced my life I’m so many ways. Before I found fitness I was shy and now it’s my job to stand in front of rooms of people and help empower them to become the best version of themselves. Fitness has given me the confidence to stand tall and embrace my body and help others do the same.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I left Capitol Hill because I felt I could make a bigger, positive impact on people’s lives individually through health and fitness, and that’s proven to be true so far. $20,000 would help me grow my business to reach more people and help more in my community and around the world be the best, most empowered versions of themselves. And when we all love ourselves, it’s easier to love each other.
