Fitness is not just physical. It is very much mental, so in this case slow and steady wins the race! It’s important to remember when getting started how hard it is to not get caught up on seeing where everyone else is on their fitness journey and feeling like you won’t ever make it to your goal. Just because they are in the middle of their book and you’re on chapter one, doesn’t take away that you’ve started! The outcome is worth it!How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness in its self has helped me find “me time” and love for myself. A time for me to improve on myself, not just physically but emotionally. Bodybuilding has taken fitness to a much greater level and has given me structure in my very unorganized life. It gives me something to look forward to every day. I’ve been able to set new goals each and every prep and I have had new experiences that make me a stronger and more well rounded individual.If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
I would love to go back to school. Being that I’ve paid out of pocket, I stopped going to school. I want to be able to broaden my knowledge on all things “fitness” because only then will I ultimately be able to help others!
