Fitness has helped me continuously evolve & grow physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. Fitness pulled me out of some low places in my life like recovering from binge eating, to overcoming a horrific sexual assault. It has given me the confidence to start my own business and helped me develop many new lasting relationships. Lastly, it’s given me the ability to become such a powerful woman in a world full of doubt!If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I were blessed enough to become Ms. Health and Fitness, I would first donate a portion of the money to my church, as they host a local food pantry for families in need. I would put another portion into a college savings account for my future children. Lastly, I would use the remainder to grow and expand my fitness business so I can help more women achieve their true potential in all aspects of a healthy life!
