I found Fitness (or it found me) after my father passed away from Kidney Failure. I don’t want my daughters to ever experience that bc I didn’t take care of myself and my body. I started training about 3 years ago and the gym has become my therapy. My husband is a phenomenal personal trainer who was instrumental in me winning my first bikini competition (Open, Class A). It’s amazing what you can do and who you can inspire when you find love and are passionate about somethingIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
My oldest daughter is heading to college this Fall to study Athletic Training and my youngest is an aspiring gymnast/dancer. I would set some aside for both of them and then invest in completing my NASM PT Cert with a focus on Nutrition. I want to share my love for the sport with others and help them achieve their goals, healthily!
