There are so many different ways to be "fit and healthy". Fall in love with what you are doing, and it will help you eventually love yourself even further in the end. The first thing to do is to just start! Pick something even if it is a small goal such as drinking 1 liter of water a day, going for a walk outside every second evening, or even booking a fun fitness class. The fitness world always pushes me physically and mentally. There is always so much to learn, and therefor to teach others. The way it has positively influenced my life would be that it keeps me out of trouble. Growing up in a small community, it is very easy to get involved in the wrong crowd.
