The first key thing to remember is that to be fit and healthy one of the main keys is balance. Exercise and a clean balanced diet go hand in hand. Rest is just as important to, make sure you get enough sleep. Set yourself achievable goals, it doesn't matter how small, give yourself a time frame. Remember that you don't have to step foot into a gym to get fit and healthy. Factor in daily walks, join the kids in the trampoline park, opt to walk to school/work rather than drive.How does fitness positively influence your life?
Fitness for me is a passion but it's also my stress therapy, my escape. It helps keep me focused and energised fuelling me through my busy days. I have met some amazing people over the years that have become more like family to me. Having similar minded people in your life makes those goals easier to achieve. Knowing that my journey has helped motivate others makes me push even harder. Others have a positive influence on my healthy lifestyle and I love being the same to othersIf you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?
If I was to made the next Ms Health and fitness I would use the prize money to further my fitness lifestyle from a passion to a career. There is nothing I'd love more than to take my influence a step further and help others reach their goals. Healthy lifestyle is so important to me, to help and see others achieve would be a dream.
