What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Fitness is different for everyone, so make it personal. Get active doing something you enjoy doing! This way, it will never feel like a chore, but rather something you can’t wait to spend your time on. Investing in health and wellbeing is the greatest thing you can do for yourself.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

After having struggled for many years with eating disorders and body dismorphia, fitness has been my saviour. I always worked so hard to shrink myself because I feared gaining weight and lacked confidence in myself. Once I discovered weight lifting, my mindset shifted. Now, I aspire to grow in different ways every single day. I now have the confidence to do so and want to share my message with the world that finding a healthy outlet can turn your life around.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were to be given the honour of winning Ms Healthy and Fitness, I would put the $20,000 into starting my own business and furthering my education in fitness and health. This would help me tremendously because I believe it is my calling in life to help others achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as many others in my life have helped me achieve. My ultimate goal is have a positive impact on the lives of others through coaching and teaching what it means to be healthy; body, mind and soul.
